Educators, thank you for your participation in Pear Practice Certified Coach Training. Let’s dive right into what your training schedule will look like.
Training Schedule
Your training starts with a Getting Started Guide where you will receive an introduction from the Pear Deck Learning Team and information about the training program. Next, you will complete training Modules 1-6 at your own pace. After completing those modules, you will complete an asynchronous Reflect & Celebrate Deck and finally a Feedback Survey. Last but not least, you will receive your official Coach badge and certificate!

This training goes beyond basic features and functionality, and dives deep into standards-aligned content, fostering student collaboration, and nurturing a growth mindset to accelerate learning through practice.
